Comment:

Professor Serrano is a pretty decent teacher. She knows a lot about the subject but she can read straight from the slides a little too much. Fairly interesting class, attendance is mandatory. There's an in class quiz every meeting but it's open book so it's easy points. There's an online midterm and final and they make up about 2/3 of the grade.

Professor Serrano is clear and consice in her requirements, tests, and lecture style. She has a lot of experience in the public sector, particularly finance, so expect a little more attention to the subject in her lectures and tests.

Awesome Class! Practicum was time consuming but an informative experience of our court's in action. Professor is extremely knowledgable in this area! Tests are straight forward...no tricks. PSI project was interesting and fun. I would recommend this class and this professor to everyone!! *This class no longer fulfills the practicum requirement*

Easiest CJA class I have ever taken. Practicum was easy, if you do it in time and she's very knowledgable about law enforcement. She's always willing to help too. Class generally ends around 8:30.

She's HOT, what a ****.Very clear on what she wants.Two papers one of them is part of your practicum requirement.Her expectations are reasonable. Mid-term and final is easy if you follow her review.Take notes and listen.You'll gain an insight into the CJ system.she's CAO for San Diego COunty.

Class is very interesting. Learn a lot. Study what she tells you to for the test. Papers are easy, if you understand what you are doing. She is willing to help before they are due- like looking over them. Very nice and helpful. Only stayed till 9:40 once.
