An amazing professor!! Took him for 252 and 253- both great semesters! Highly recommended for Spanish at any level! Always helpful, funny, laidback, very fair grader. Easy homework for each class, 3 essays (with re-writes), a few quizzes and tests. Best professor so far! Take him!!

I've taken three classes with Professor Ata. Anyone who studies Spanish should take a class with him. On top of being an excellent teacher, he is a genuinely caring person. His classes are not very challenging but you can get a lot out of them.

One of the sweetest professors. You can just tell that he wants his students to succeed. Constant in-class speaking, which gives you an automatic participation grade as well as speaking practice. Great professor!!

I LOVE Prof. Ata. He is very knowledgeable about the subejects he teaches (I had him both semesters of my freshman year)It's not hat he's an easy teacher, but he wants for his students to do well and makes it so that they understand what exactly he is trying to teach them. Take him if you can!
