I took this class online, so I expected it to be heavy on the busy work. It was, but generally less than expected. Also, all of the things she required of you were on Blackboard and in the online material. I probably could've gotten by without the textbook because she also posted the chapters but I need a physical book to read. Just my preference.

Comment:

Professor Johnson was pretty great if you ask me. We used REVEL and had a few difficulties with it going down and she adjusted and gave us time when that happened. She gave lots of extra credit opportunities and was available and encouraging. TAKE THIS ONLINE and take note of the REVEL quiz questions by section AND chapter and you will be gold!

I loved having Johnson as a teacher. She had her moments but she was always trying to help us learn in so many ways. I would take another class from her if I could.

Johnson is a sweetheart! Had a chance to interact a lot with her through class and SGA. Class will go along fine as long as you read and do your assignments. Just like any regular college class. She is very helpful and welcoming! I wish more teachers were like Lisa Johnson!

The test are easy! Your practice tests are EXACTLY like your actual test. TAKE HISTORY 1301 AND 1302 ONLINE from Johnson and you will get an A! These courses are so simple as long as you do the assignments (learn smart and each chapter test) and section tests. She also drops your lowest test score at the end!

Professor Johnson is kind and sweet. Classes may get boring and slow at times, but as long as you show up in class you should be fine. I read my chapters and studies for a few hours for the tests and made a 96 in the class. She is very helpful and a great person! you will also see her if you are in SGA

Took Hist 1301 and HIST 1302 online. Take the practice quizzes online before you take the graded ones, and just study all of the previous tests before taking any Unit exams or the final exam, and you will pass! I passed both classes with over 100%!!! Easiest class I have ever taken, but you have to read the material.

took her online class. It was very tough, I got an A but i was cying on the final. One of the har.dest ckasses Ive taken. Only recomend if you love history. very detailed dates, people battles etc. I would not take another class through her

I've taken both required History classes through Mrs. Johnson online-the first time around, I found it to be strictly reading then testing-not very engaging. The second time around, however, she did have us do some neat exercises using web links. As far on online experiences go, I'd rate it as average.

BOORRRING... and the things she lectured about were not even on the test. Infact going to class is pointless because the test contains things she never mentioned once in class. If you are considering taking her, don't, take Williams instead!
