Worst professor I have taken at Bloomsburg. I can truthfully say that I did NOT learn ONE THING the entire semester. If you are looking for an easy A, this is it. Dr. Amin does not provide clear directions for ANYTHING. He cancels class A LOT! He also changes the class schedule at the last minute often, so don't plan anything around the syllabus.

He does not respond timely to emails. The syllabus is not clear. Changes dates/times of tests at the last minute. Changes requirements for group discussions. Not a good communicator at all. The quizzes and tests are all through connect, as are the videos you watch. The videos/questions are not a great format, but you have multiple chances.

Every single class is a presentation is a group presentation. He sits in the back watching, and at the end of the presentation he just says three or four words to the class and leaves. There is a strict attendance policy even though you are only taught by peers and you don't learn anything from them. He is lazy, did not teach a single class.

Took an online class with him, posted zero PowerPoints or recorded lectures. Nearly refused to answer emails. Be prepared to teach yourself, because he does nothing to teach you. 100% of tests/quizzes and grading was done through the publisher's website.

Exams are online and aren't that difficult. The class itself is awful especially if you have it as a three hour night class. Doesn't teach... breaks you up into groups of four and you are assigned a chapter and a class to present. Must give a 40 minute presentation based off that chapter. Easy A, but just an overall boring class.

For principles of management, every class is a presentation. He assigns quizzes that the answers are only found online. All his exams are online too, the only way to find answers is by googling them. He doesnt really teach, and when he does, it is irrelevant. Basically, the whole class is taught by students, and you need to help each other on work

Great guy! But by far the worst professor to walk this earth. Lectured one day the entire semester! The rest of the time was group presentations on the chapters! I wanted to go to the department and get my paycheck for teaching the class. Attendance was crucial. If he liked you he will bump your grade up.

Had him for both undergrad and MBA. He's only gotten worse with time. Bumbles through class every week. Literally taught 1 class for the MBA course; we taught ourselves the rest. Probably the worst professor I've had at BU.

Amin's class is useless. You learn nothing in class so you have to rely on using the book for the tests. Tests are online, and attendance isn't manadatory but he docks points if you are absent. Best bet is to take the 6-9 because you learn more than other sections and you get class over with in one stab. I'd recommend him over others.
