Peter is an amazing teacher. This is my 2nd semester with him and I've thoroughly enjoyed his teaching. He has amazing stories and is such a lovely old man. You have homework each night and chapter readings, but he really tries to make it accessible. He understands students have different learning styles and will work w/you. Love him!

He is a very nice teacher and explains very well. I recommend him if you have difficulty in math he always makes himself available and you don't really have to do homework which is nice. The tests are fair and if you do the homework you will ace them easily. He also lets you do test corrections which are literally free points.

Peter is that professor who has these amazing stories and real life advice that you want to record. He goes above and beyond for his students, offering different ways to weigh tests to give you the best average. Lets you use a cheat sheet on every test and take group quizzes. He values learning over your grade so he makes it easy to get an A.

My favorite thing about Peter was that he is extremely passionate about calculus. And its so very cute. He is always open to questions and encourages open-minded learning. He can be political sometimes, but he is a fantastic math professor. Very easy A. Didn't do any homework, showed up to class, and scored a perfect score on every exam.

Brings a lot of color and personal flair to his lectures. Makes the math very interesting and his demeanor is relatable. Great at answering questions and providing clarity. Lots of enthusiasm. No graded homework but goes over assinged problems for beginning half of class. This is great: all the benefit of doing the HW without the obligation. RD

Peter is brilliant but has no idea how to articulate concepts to people with lesser abilities. If you struggle with algebra, do yourself a favor and DO NOT take it with Peter, or you'll end up dropping, withdrawing or failing. He tries very hard to help everyone, and is a super nice guy, but he's just too smart to teach (if that makes sense.)
