I had Mr.Puchot Speech Class several years ago (: and while I did not like giving speeches I did appreciate ALL of his Academic support.He wrote many letter's of reccomendation and could be counted on for any type of support.FCCJ will never be able to replace him.

Comment:

Professor Puchot is one of the most inspirational professors a student can have. The fact of the matter is he has the ability to recognize a students potential and he will challenge your full. This call was great for me and my peers, I took it 6 years ago and remember is like yesterday. I often, reflect on how that class impacts my career today.

I am a professional actor living in South Florida and I had Mr.Puchot for Oral Interpretation almost 6 years ago. I hated the fact that he was so hard to impress and gave me a B for the course when I had alwas earned A's in all my performance classes . However, I learned more from him then any other teacher and I wished that I had told him sooner.

I had the same class with him and so did my aunt and we both thought he was wonderful.He was cute and a great lecturer. We both miss him and wish that he had stayed at FCCJ.

I was an experienced Public Speaker before I had Mr.Puchot class approx.5 years ago but I can assure you I learned so much and became even more effective.I understand that according to one of the Dept. members he is no longer at FCCJ but for the students that had him BOTH novice and experienced we were part of a "One In A Life Time" oppurtunity.

Easy A. Blowhard. Not easy to contact. Didn't learn anything new. If you're not afraid of speaking in public, you won't learn much. He caters to those who have a fear of public speaking. If you don't, you don't get better at it. He left so you can't take him here anymore.

I had Professor Puchot for the basic speech class several years ago and he was fantastic! I wanted to take another course from him but I found out that he is now teaching in New England. I really appreciated how he cared and supported me and all of the other students. I learned a lot and had a great time. I wish he was still at FCCJ.

I'm not sure if Prof. Puchot is still teaching at FCCJ, but if he is I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. Dreaded taking speech, but this class, by far, was the best one I've ever taken. This guy ROCKS!

Great teacher, fun class, introduction to speech is very informative and easy to learn with Mr. Puchot teaching! He will have you giving speeches in front of the class with confidence, he helps everyone on an individual basis and gives plenty of time.

Mr. Puchot was a very good teacher....I learned to conqure my fear, that formed two years ago, of being in front of the audience. He gave us time to get to know others in the class, so it was in a more comfortable setting as the semester went on.
