Comment:

It is a boring subject but Lease does his best to keep peoples attention. He is a very fair teacher and his tests are not that hard but are very long. Recommendation: on tests study hard the night before by bookmarking and then you will know where the subject is when you have to look for it. Great guy and awesome professor!!!

Great teacher for intro accounting. Tax is his speciality, so I had high hopes for his tax class, however they were not fully fullfilled. His lectures were exteremely BORING and straight from the book. And yes, attendance is REQUIRED. But he is very knowledgable in tax law/accounting and always willing to help with questions.

Class is incredibly boring, but there again it is a tax class. class was not that hard but i was not able to show up very often becasue of how boring. Attendance is not required.

The class is boring, but you can't blame Lease for the boring material. I thought he could have gone through the tax returns a little more because that was the only assignment all semester. But he understands when we fall asleep in class and is always ready to help wether it is with advice or with help with the class.

This teacher is very knowledgable, approachable and friendly. His homework needs to be more difficult to keep up with the tests, or conversely, he could bring the level of difficulty down a bit too. Either way, great guy, but his teaching style is a bit hard to follow.

He is very generous when it comes to giving easy assignmets. Too generous sometimes. He is a bit insecure with himself and identifies himself as being a "nerd" from the first day of class. His insecurities come accross in his teaching style. He is always very willing to help eager students, however.

He is a nice guy but I couldn't stay awake in his class. I am basically an A student and I barely made it by with a B- in this class. Hard tests easy HW.
