Savage is the man. No need to buy they book. His lectures are very clear and contain everything that will be on the tests. He is intimidating but dont be afraid to approach him because he is very committed to his students success.

Pretty cool guy. I hated chemistry before his class and he made it more than tolerable. He is probably the best chemistry teacher on campus so if you are debating about who to take it with, this guy is your answer whether you like the subject or not.

While this instructor is a nice person, his class is confusing. He often writes the incorrect information on the board. I know a few people who are very good at chem who dropped his class. Warning, he assigns seats and randomly calls on students in class.

He's the most awesomely awesome professors at NAU. He is technically retired, but still teaches because that is what he LOVES to do!! A true asset to the University! Two years later, he still knows my name, and still makes fun of me!! :P

this guy is senile. he was always going off on tangents about his brothers sisters grandmothers daughter and would write all over the board, decide it was all wrong and start over. chem was already hard for me, he made it impossible.

Take a class from this guy if you can! He's an absolute riot and his random stories are hilarious. He knows the material and when he doesn't have an answer he actually admits it. He's also really helpful and genuinely cares.

It is so nice to have a professor who is enthusiastic about what he is teaching. He was very clear and interested in students progress. He "resparked" my interest in Chem. He is friendly and helpful outside of the classroom as well. Having Savage this semester was refreshing.
