Comment:
I took him for CHEM105L and he was awesome. I highly reccommend. He was easy to access outside of class if you had additional classes and the only standards he had was that you showed up on time ready to complete the lab. The only HW is read next lab/pre lab/post lab. Success on midterm/final redo each of you post/pre-labs. Pretty easy A.

Dr. Wolf is a nice guy and I like him, but there are two issues. First, he makes it sound like the midterm and final are easy, but they are not at all, and each test is worth 25% of your grade! Secondly, when he tries to explain something, it is like he does it in the most difficult manner. I am usually more confused than if he had never said.

He is one of the most amazing professors of all time. Teaches Analytical Chem better than anyone else could. Good sense of humor, and very down to earth. His voice is amazing; it's a deep radio voice. Homework is a bit tedious but necessary to understand the material. It is very fairly graded. Can't wait to take Instrumental with him.

Dr. Wolf taught me more in the lab section for 105 than the professor. I did better when I retook the lecture because Dr Wolf was so helpful. I recieved a D in lecture while getting an A in his lab. Very down to earth. I'm sure analytic and other courses are more difficult with him.

Homework was difficult and almost always more difficult than problems presented in class (In my opinion, much more difficult). He tries to help, but usually only confused me more. Makes tests so that you just barely or do not finish them.

He his definitely not one of the best in the chem department! I would not be surprised if the other ratings/comments here were written by him. He his so into himself it is ridiculous. Most of the time he makes the class material harder than it is and it would benefit you if you read the textbook alone. HW are very different from class examples.

Very helpful, encourages asking questions and coming to his office for homework help. Organized and clear lecturer. Tests were fair and similar to class problems. Homework was extensive and time consuming.
