I really enjoyed the fresh. seminar a beautiful game. Sunil obviously has a massive passion for soccer and although he can go on and on forever, its still about something interesting. Kinda sounds like Christopher Walken. Easy in class, decently hard grader, yet very much enjoyed his class. But again, he will take up the entire class lecturing...

He missed appointments, the syllabus point system did not match the points used in class and to top it off 40% of the grade was participation but we had no discussions all semester. doesn't sound much like a seminar class to me...basically he's a really tough grader, a 95% is still an A- according to him, and he has ambiguous expectations.

If you like listening to your professor talk uninterrupted for 80 minutes, this is the class for you. Bring coffee. Interesting at first, but gets repetitive. Reading is more or less unnecessary, but would have helped me on the mid-term. Not an easy grader. Class is difficult to get an A in. Always available for help, but his guidelines are hazy.

Definitely a great prof in terms of caring if the students need help, but his lectures are hard to follow sometimes, as are the readings. His voice becomes very hypnotic early in the morning, so you are sure to fall asleep at least once!

Sunil is my advisor, and I think he's very good at that part. His teaching style, however, is not what I expected. He lectures pretty much all period, and there is very little discussion. The readings are somewhat interesting if you can get past the dense language. He's super nice and very available for help. His daughter is the cutest thing ever!

Freshman Seminar. Nice, but analytical papers are somewhat challenging, not enough instruction, somewhat unclear on what it takes to get a good grade, Tough grader. Will help you if you ask for it. Email him!!
