Absolute worst professor I have ever had. Doesn't seem to care for her students at all. She is always rude to her students and she is not very approachable. She doesn't like repeating herself because she is a lazy professor who doesn't like teaching plain and simple. It amazes me how the other comments say she is actually a good professor.

Rudest professor I've ever met, does NOT care about students. Her attitude is out of control. She is insanely snarky and demeaning for no reason. She is terrible at lecturing and cannot explain anything concisely. Offers office hours but she will dismiss you when you show up because she's "busy." 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Make sure you go to class and take notes. The tests are difficult if you don't study. Make sure to do the online homework. Also, study everything you learned in the previous lecture because she gives out pop quizzes. Dr. Fabre is an amazing professor and make sure you are not on her bad side, she is important for recommendation letters and pre-med!

Memorize her notes and you'll be fine. Test just like notes. Usually not a cumulative final. If you make the effort to study, you'll pass. No effort, not grade. You can skate by with minimal studying and make a C, but I don't recommend it.

Great at her lectures! Morning quizzes that test for the previous lecture help you catch any weaknesses on the spot. She can be sassy at times, but that's just how she is. (She's actually funny) NO she has nothing personal against you. NO she doesn't hate you. She loves organic and wants you to succeed in the class so don't be shy to ask Q's :)

She doesn't teach well, and when you ask her for help/advice she makes you feel like an idiot. I literally taught myself everything. When I would study I'd have everything down, when I worked with my tutor I'd understand everything, but when I got to her class it'd be a totally different story. Her tests don't match what she "teaches" either.

Fabre overall as a person is funny and sassy, but as a professor, she isn't good. Her lectures are very confusing, she expects you to know everything the first time, and she gives quizzes every day. I remember once she gave the class a quiz because no one did well on the previous quiz. For a subject that has a lot of detail, she doesn't teach it.

Her lectures are disorganized, and I had to study using mainly outside resources. Her attitude with students wasn't ok with me, but other students saw it as part of her personality and weren't bothered. You can succeed if you work hard outside of class. I didn't like her as a professor, but I ended up taking her again.

Good professor but YOU as the student MUST put in the work. Come prepared each class and when you do not understand a topic YOU must handle it early. If you wait, it will pile up and you will not recover. Professor was available during office hours as long as you schedule it ahead of time (just a quick email). Do the work and you will make an A.

She is a nice person and very intelligent. Beware the lectures are confusing when the material becomes more difficult. Be ready to teach yourself. It is possible to do well in her course, but you need to understand the lecture material before she lectures on it.

Dr. Fabre is not a good professor. She isn't helpful and is quite rude to students for no reason. I had her for lab and she was only present in the classroom for the first 5 minutes and she'd sit in her office for the rest of class. Don't go to her office hours either, if you ask her questions she'll try to make you feel stupid. Don't take her.

Fabre isn't helpful at all; if you ask for help she doesn't respond and makes you feel dumb. Her practice problems in class are way different then her tests. and she does not explain she just puts the problem up on the board and expects you to understand. She will never ask a question the same way she taught in class! dropped the class w 6 others

Comment:

Not very helpful, and she usually makes you feel stupid if you do ask for help. Her lectures are confusing. If you aren't the best at math, don't take her because she skips all the math steps while doing practice problems. Also, her examples are always easy in lecture but on the test they are so much harder. Don't take her if you have the choice.
