READ YOUR TEXTBOOK... test are from book not lecture. very insightful with history. tends to go off on random topics, still very knowledgeable... very willing to help students who are struggling to make it in his class. all in all a nice guy. a little intimidating but very willing to help you just talk to him.

Professor Rawson has an incredible knowledge of history and makes it fascinating in class. If you have a question he stops and ponders it and then gives you the best answer he can give. I was never a big fan of history, but he turned me into a history buff and it consumes 80% of my readings now. A fascinating teacher who broadens your horizons!

Tim is very egotistic, stroke his ego and you'll do fine. He is also extremely anal and wants things his way or not at all. He has a temper and makes students feel bad, like when a parent is mad at you for no reason.
