I handed in all my homework on the very last day (including my oral report). She's extremely boring, a little senile (she should retire already), and you won't learn a damn thing. Never bought the book, still got an A. You don't even need to show up to class that often. Just make sure you pick up the lecture outlines she hands out.

A really easy class, but she should definitely retire ASAP. Tests are extremely easy, but she is just so boring. On average about 12 people would leave EVERY lecture because of how dry her information and presentations are.

Professor Speath is by far one of my favorite teachers! Her teaching style is straightforward (she outlines the book) and is extremely helpful when it comes time to take the test. I truly learned a lot from her and enjoyed being in that class.

i love her shes so easy!! she uses blackboard and will put up any assignment if you tell her you didnt do it but she does not grade as fast but you dont need to buy the book she gives you handouts. her tests are right off her hand outs shes so nice and easy take her for an easy a!!

She's a bit out there, but super nice and you don't need to buy the book. Easy tests and easy to cheat if you don't study. I remember her saying that "Ginny Golgi" had such a nice ring to it when we talked about the Golgi apparatus. VERY VERY nice though and extremely helpful. Take her class for an easy A.

She's a bit silly, but overall I found her to be an good teacher. She always hands out lecture outlines, and has thourough reviews before class. I wish the students in my class didn't give her so much trouble in class by talking while she was lecturing. She's a VERY intelligent and nice professor. I highly recommend Dr Spaeth!

Crazy lady,but the best professor to get an easy A or B. I took her for BIO 100 and 104. You don't need the book she hands out outlines. Just come to class for that and then leave, she'll never notice. Everything she says you can read yourself. You'll only miss out on is her outbursts in class about people talking which takes up the most the class

Dr. Spaeth is very knowlegdable of the subject matter. She is also a very nice lady sometimes she snaps and just goes crazy cause there are some dumb people who take her class a joke because it is so easy, but other than that everyone should be able to get an A it's just that easy. Don't waste money on the book she gives outlines on every chapter

She was sick alot this semester, had a hard time controlling our class, and literally rushed thru the last 4 lectures. She never e mails people back, and she's never in her office during office hours. She's kind of nuts! But her class is pretty easy. You don't even need to attend lecture, because she gives you lecture outlines. Mediocre at best.
