This professor not only taught a great class but you'd have to be an idiot not to get anything but an "A". Walton Jones is reknowned for his directing skills, which means he knows how to communicate. As per the students who rated him poorly, I would believe that they probably got a poor grade and are deserving of it. Again, great professor, easy!

All I can say is that TDGE11 is the easiest fine art class to take. I don't know too much about the professor except that he would respond to emails quickly. But watching movies once a week was sick. As far as his final is concerned go to imdb.com to study triva and quotes. I heard that he has a real easy curve, but Im not sure about that.

This professor had quizzes after each movie which was ok. But the final was quotes from movies. Which he did not tell us at all. He told us all we had to do was study notes. How are you supposed to memorize random quotes from 10 weeks ago? Even he wouldn't be able to do it? And he was an hour late to the final. Bad prof, doesn't know what hes doing

Classes are easy and entertaining - quizes at the end of each one. Don't skip class - makeup assignment is a 5 pg paper. 50% of grade based on weekly quizes and 50% based on final exam. Prep. for final was unclear. Porf. posted lecture notes online which were helpful. But he surprised us when he tested us on quotes from the movies - a low blow
