Great professor, I would highly recommend her. She explains things well, and made it very clear what I would need on the final to pass the class. Im terrible at math but she did a good job breaking everything down. Take this teacher if you get the opportunity and math isnt your thing.

She is a little bit of a tough grader. not a horrible teacher you could find worse, however as someone said below, she is passive aggressive. she puts on the song and dance alright, but if your empathetic enough, you can feel her aggression. i ended up having to withdraw cause i couldnt keep up with her speed. be ready to have your brain taxed.

the class is hard if you don't understand something sucks for you shell advise you to go to tutoring center. assigned seats, lots of homework not graded but she still checks it if you don't do it you most likely won't understand you spend hours doing homework and doesn't even count towards your grade, grade depends on test and quizzes

Allison is anamazing teacher. I hadnt taken math in 16 years, yet, he made it so easy. She breaks down the math in easy to do steps. If students have questions on homework she will explain it until the class gets it. She doesn't like students having side conversations but I liked that about her class. I wish I could take her every term!

Good teacher, but not very caring. If you have an emergency that makes it so you can't go to class, good luck catching up with your grade. She doesn't grade homework and doesn't give out any extra credit to help your grade. If you don't understand what's on the tests then you probably won't pass the class.

This was my second class with Alison, and she is by far the best math professor I've ever had. I failed math all throughout high school, and then as soon as I was in Alison's MTH065 class I got an A. She is happy to help as long as you put in effort (do your homework/talk to her), and her only thing may be that she is REALLY strict about talking.

Alison Warr invested lots of time into her curriculum. She is a very concise as a teacher, and her study guides for the exams were amazing. They would have a list of review problems completely relevant to the exams, so you knew exactly what to study, and there were no surprises. I would strongly recommend her for both great and novice students.

Awesome teacher would take her many times over. It's math so lots of work. But she explains everything perfect and we all practice in class. Watch your tern in papers. your grade is based on tern in papers only. does not grade homework. but be ready for her to check on your homework. 2 exams 1 final. I like math so it was good. be in class

She is very intelligent, and she literally wrote the book; the text book for the class. She is very thorough in explaining, and you can tell that it is all second nature for her.. She does have expectations of the students, but she will let you know. She is very pleasant, but not a push over. I respect her very much. She is a wealth of knowledge.

Alison is amazing!!!! If you miss too many classes, don't expect to pass. There's a lot of information being thrown at you. I think she is a super fair grader. She gives handouts for the exams and the final and you know in advance what's going to be on the exam. She's always there for her office hours and she is very kind. Thank you Alison!!!
