If you go to class (though attendance isn't required) you will be FINE. She kind of picks favorites, so I'm sure this is why students either love her or hate her. I would definitely reccomend FREN 250... it's a great way to get 2 classes in one semester AND it's NOT any more difficult.

Madame Krauth is the best. Very easy and straight forward. She really likes the listening sections of the Cahier. Missed class a lot, super nice, and gave me an A.

I LOVET HIS TEACHER!!! She is the sweetest woman and does not get angry ever. She teaches down to the level of the students and makes everything straightforward and really easy. she tells you EXACTLY what is on the test. She loves participation in class and students who ask questions. worksheets directly on tests. I HIGHLY recommend her

Very nice, extremely lax on assignments due dates and revisements for bad grades. Unfortunately, if you actually want to learn the language you probably shouldn't take her class. She doesn't give organize notes, doesn't test on vocab or comprehension. Most tests require you to memorize fictional stories and characters.

Dr. Krauth has been my one of my favorite teachers thus far. If you are willing to participate, then you will do very well. She is more willing to help you out than any other teacher I have ever had and understands that putting tons of work on you is going to make everything worse. I would take her again.

I think that she did a wonderful job. She truly loves to teach and cares about her students and their success in the class. She is willing to help with anything you need if you ask.I liked her so much for French 201 I'm taking her for 202 as well. I probably would say that my only complaint is that she is hard to understand b/c she's softspoken.

Very refreshing in that she cares more about making sure students know the material well rather than just good enough to stumble through a test. If you think she is unfairly hard, you're too stupid for a four-year college. Maybe you should take the LD tests that let you exempt languages.

She can't speak english, doesn't allow you to use your book in class, and makes fun of America, not in a ha ha way, in an insulting way. the only test I have ever failed here came from her. Our class started with 20 people, and ended up with 5 that didn't withdraw. if you want a C or D shes the one.

not extremely easy, but if you go to class you'll do well and she grades really fairly. You can get an answer totally wrong but she'll only take away one point. She also curves test sometimes so minimal studying i got a 98 102 and 97 on the three tests.

I think that prof. krauth is awesome! if you do your work and pay attention, the tests are sooo easy. a lot of times the questions are straight from the homework. she doesn't have a strict attendance policy, but if you go, you are guarenteed an a!!
