Ms. Thompson is an incredibly organized teacher who has made it her goal to make her class as effective as possible. The workload is above average, but arranged in such a way that, with prior organization, it won't take long to get through. She is always ready to help and clarify. If you have a choice, Ms. Thompson is the teacher you want.

One of the best teachers I have had in a long time. She makes it easy to understand. All the comments about her being to fast are not true. If you stop paying attention during the class, you will get lost. So pay attention, look at the homework. And if you can't get the hang out it she is willing to help, she never turns away her students.

Moves way too fast! She was totally aware that students had a hard time understanding the material, but insisted to keep going instead of wasting time since there was "a lot to be covered."Her grading system was fair and she appeared organized, however, her teaching skills were not the greatest. Do not take her if Algebra is not your best subject!

I has her for both college algebra and Precalc. She is an amazing teacher! If you apply yourself and go to her for help she will never turn you away. I was not the best math student in math in high school, but I regained my confidence after taking her class and getting really high grades.

Finally a Math Professor who can teach to a NON-Math student! I never understood the concepts presented as well as I did in this class. She gives you a schedule, sylabus and a workbook on the 1st day of class and explains everything. If you hate Math, take her, she will help you understand. She is a stickler for the rules though, but very fair.

Has a gift for explaining things clearly! Cares about her students’ success in the class, and provides AWSOME lecture notes that serve as a workbook. This helped immensely when it came to studying for the tests. You always know exactly what’s on the test, & you won’t need to worry about forgetting to study anything because it’s ALL in her notes.

Ms. Thompson is amazing. Algebra was always extremely difficult for me, yet in her class it all made sense and I got an A. Same in Statistics. I have to say she is the best math teacher I've ever had and I hope I never have to take any more math classes because I know the teacher couldn't be as good as she was.

mrs. thompson is the most understanding teacher ive ever had. i went to her class maybe a total of 15 times and then missed every class after that. finally i went to the final class and asked her if it was possible to take the final to pass. well she let me and is the only reason that i passed her class. im waiting a quarter just so that i can have her as a teacher again. even tho i didnt go to class much her teaching still is great and is very easy to follow along. take her class!
