I took this class online & I would recommend her for sure! She responds to emails quickly, & is a very nice lady. There was mainly group work in this class, and lots of writing.I do not usually care for group work, but it wasn't too bad.Just make sure you do your part in your group, don't be a slacker, and keep in contact regularly. I got an A:-)

She was pretty good. The material we covered was worthwhile and she would explain anything twice or more if we needed her to. Going to every class makes the tests much easier. You need to read up on the material prior to class because she randomly calls on people to explain it. Do all the papers and you'll be golden!

I like Carmen alot. She was very fair with her grading. I took an on-line class that only required me to come to campus for 2 classes. She was so much easier than my other HRM instructor. As long as you do the work, you will have no problem.

As you can see she is a professor that won't tolerate people who are unwilling to do the work. If you do the work and keep up with the class she is very fair. I have had her twice now and have recived an A and a B from her. I chose her ethics class because she taught it.

Contradicts herself and acts as though she is right about everything. When you act like you know everything about everything then you end up looking like a fool. She is condescending, egocentric, and represents a high and mighty attitude. If you are able to take someone else- do it. If not, best wishes.

Very good prof. This was a great class but if you want to be babied you won't like it. We did the group project too. If you do what you're supposed to do you don't need a lot of time. The only ones who had problems acted like a bunch of high school idiots. Loved the class. Learned a lot. This lady is the best.
