One of my favorite professors! He keeps you interested in the lecture & makes the course fun! His essays aren't bad at all, & you get to rewrite them. If you come to class & actually pay attention & take notes, you'll do fine.

Great Professor and worth taking the class. Very helpful with helping everyone in the class understand the material. The best, detailed and informative lectures ever, and worth coming to class to hear them. The book and study guides was useful. Plenty of opportunities to make a good grade in.

Such a great teacher! He was always helpful and willing to work with any problems we were having. Makes somthing I thought of as a boring subject, a very interesting class! He makes lectures enjoyable. If you just read the chapters and show up for class, then it is a very easy class. Best teacher I've had in college!

I had Dr. Thomas for HNRS intro to Am Gov. I had absolutely no interest in government before hand, but Dr. Thomas has inspired me! He is very passionate about what he teaches. Yes, his essays are a little tough, but he lets you re-write them! Although the material can be challenging at times, this class is an easy A if you apply yourself.

Amazing teacher! Not much into politics, but he made the class very interesting. Just study the study guides and take some notes and its an automatic A. Very willing to answer questions, very passionate about subject, never boring, and has some extra credit assignments. Highly recommended!

Dr. Thomas is awesome. Read the chapters. He emphasizes on reading because he quizzes you on each chapter. Tests are easy, just memorize the quizzes and charts from the book. You should be fine. He's VERY passionate about the subject and is very energetic. Not boring at all!

I had Dr. Thomas for Honors Intro to US Government. He was extremely helpful and always went out of his way to make sure you had all of the information you needed. The daily quizzes were simple- coming straight from the textbook website. He is strict on papers, but has always given multiple re-writes for grade improvement.

Dr. Thomas is a great teacher. He is very excited about his work. It's very obvious that he loves his job. It's hard not to get excited about something when your profesor is so excited. It does seem thathe is trying to make you feel a bit small when you ask certain questions, but he is just trying to make you think. Great teacher!

This was not an easy course however, it was not that difficult either. He made it interesting and he tried to be as helpful as he could, but you had to meet him half-way if you wanted to get anywhere in this class.

Dr. Thomas is a nice enough person but unreasonably difficult when it comes to exams. Seems that it is difficult for him to teach an into class. Caused straight A students to struggle for a C.
