Comment:

Not a fun class. You have to read a story for each class, then listen to him talk about it for 55 minutes straight. He is boring and class seems to take forever. He tries to tell stories that he thinks are funny but his sense of humor is dry. This class was not enjoyable and if you are looking for an easy English elective, look elsewhere.

Freije is so funny and cool! He mostly assigns reading during the semester and a few papers. Make sure you keep up with the reading. He is a very fair grader and is willing to look at your rough draft and give you feedback. Class is not very structured and he tends to lose track of time, but it goes pretty quickly for me.He picks interesting readin

Great for College Writing 101. He will seem intimidating the first week of class, but you'll learn that he is a fair grader with a great sense of humor. His assignments are straight forward and easy to get an A on. Not much reading, which is good, especially when youre and engineer and failing Physics with Buschi. Take him for an A and a laugh.

This guy is obsessed with literary terms, not so much the content of the stories themselves. Papers are a bore to write but are graded fairly. Exams are easy. Attendance is mandatory. He's a senile old man with a great sense of humor-- you have to take Freije at least once.

I don't know if it was the material we did or it was him but it was so dry and boring. He was unispiring and yes his humor helps but his teaching style is so traditional. Was bored out of my mind the entire semester. Papers were word analysis's and annoying.

Awesome guy. Helped my writing very much, and is willing to review a rough draft you make so your final grade it good. I took him more then once and would take him again. Classes feel slow at times, but his jokes help, he is so cute & funny

He's great. He's hilarious. He'll tell you about his swim noodle and his desire to own a motorcycle. If you wear a printed shirt most likely he'll make a reference to something from back in the day, especially if it's a shirt that says big daddy.

Frejie may seem like a tough teacher at first, but once you get to know him he is a great guy. His test are easy and to the point. All of his lectures are fun and funny, try your best and youll get an A. Frejie is the man. I would take him any day.

I only had him for College Writing, but it was a great time. He likes to seem like a grumpy old guy but he's really funny and he can REALLY help you if you need to know how to write well. It's very easy to get by in his class.
