Prof Rothenberg is a very very good professor! She is really kind and helps you. She has office hours and gives very good feedback. If she knows you put in effort, this is an easy A. Took this online as a high schooler and a week consists of 2-4 lectures (really depends). Assignments are case study, discussion, quiz < (2 out of the 3 per week).

She breaks it up into units. She gives an outline to fill aach weekly lesson as you watch her recorded lectures to its very easy to do at own pace. The test are open notes, so it's very easy to do well. Most the grade comes from tracking and analysing own diet.

She is AWESOME. Caregiving, easy-going, always try to help students. Activities help us understand lecture better. Quiz every week (open notes). She loves to listen her students sharing their experiences. Recorded lectures are available if you miss a class.

Ms. Heather is very thorough when grading. There are a lot of online discussions and quizzes every week, but even though it sounds like a lot, the class is easy and you learn a lot. One think to be extra ready for are the on-campus midterm and final exams, those are hard but she does give very specific study guides, possible for 100% grade.

Professor Rothenberg is a wonderful professor. I took her class online and she was very active in the discussions and grades assignments in a timely matter. She is respectful and is open to your concerns. Also, she is VERY clear on what you need to know for exams and does not give hard quizzes or assignments. TAKE THIS CLASS!

Ms. Rothenberg is one of my favorite professors at Mission. She gives study guides that provide answers to all the questions on the midterms. The final is not cumulative, and she allows you to use a note card on tests. GREAT PROFESSOR!!

Really great instructor! Takes time to explain concepts. Very patient. Doesn't get upset if you are late to class, but if you are late, you will miss out on great lectures.

Would highly recommend her for nutrition! Very interactive with the class, always keeps the class interesting and sometimes fun. She has one mid-term and final and every week she has small quizzes online- not hard. Shes easy to reach and always accepts late work without docking you any points. Definitely makes you want to become a dietitian.

I'm taking her online Nutrition class & it's going a lot easier than I originally anticipated. Each chapter is broken down into modules that have: lecture videos; additional resource videos; chapter notes & study guides; discussion board; quiz & occasional extra assignment. If you watch the videos, read the notes(and textbook if you need), easy A.

Honestly, her class is VERY easy. She offered many extra credit opportunities (which I didn't need) and drops your two lowest quizzes. You do need to show up for lecture because the online notes are very vague with little detail. Do not stress yourself over the midterm and final; it's so much simpler than you'd expect, but do study.

I took this online, I did all my hw, projects, and discussion forms, but my 2 test scorres weren't so good, so I did not pass class by 7 points:( goal was 419 I got 413, yea I know! test are hard, because there is probly only 5 questions with abcd option, every thing is fill in the blanks, and quizzes 30 min timed, with 30 questions, yea sucks.

Comment:
The textbook was too detailed for this class. I learned a lot but really didn't enjoy her class. I thought a bit of her grading was questionable. Changed the final location the night before and didn't bother to pop her head in the old room to check for students. She walked right by the window and didn't bother, just kept walking. That's a bad sign.

You don't need the textbook to earn an A. The midterm and final was easier than what I expected it to be. The study guides that are provided are very useful. The online lectures are easy to follow. No term paper. She is attentive and will answer any questions you may have on the material. Not a difficult class to pass. Great professor.

There is online hw and quizzes every weekend due sunday and a project we work on in class all semester super easy. This class is easy no stress and very interesting :)

Heather has great presentation style when it comes to lectures. She is not boring and brings good energy. You will have to put in work to get an A in this class, but it is well worth it in the end. She is a fair grader and it is not difficult if you keep up with your reading and do all of your assignments. Her directions are clear. Take her class!

I got the worst grade in this class. The tests are pretty hard, and if you don't pay attention to the schedule you'll miss your homework easy. Shes funny and keeps me interested but I still struggled. There was a LOT to remember and a LOT to study. Overall good teacher though.

Took this class online and it wasn't too bad, she gives you study tips to help with the quizes, hw was fairly easy, I didn't put much effort in the class and still got a C, it's an easy B for sure, but you might have to work a little harder to get an A. Just read the book and follow her study tips and you'll do fine.
