Put simply he's a must take! This is the class were really uptight people do terrible and laid back people get A's. Put simply, it's pretty hard to know what the hell is going on in Kuni's class. The material isn't that simple; he's difficult to understand, and his multiple choice quizzes can be very challenging. Still, the final + midterm aren't bad. I would take him once just for the experience, but never again.

Kuni's the man. TAKE HIM. you do have to study somewhat for the quizes and tests if you want to do really well, but there is hardly ANY work for the class the rest of the time. Just write what he puts on the board and you'll be fine.

This guy is a mystery. I have no idea if he's just messing with his students or if he is actually serious. Because he just talks about movies and acts like a child, but he is a genius. Kuni has tricked us all with his Jinglish. Take him if you like laughing at Japanese people and if you like not knowing what's going on. Get high before Kuni's class

Kuni is the man. I could not understand his Jinglish at all in the beginning of the semester and it was frustrating. But as time went on I realized how much of a joke class was. He busts on people and its hilarious. Multiple choice quizzes are hard and we handed in a paper months ago and still haven't gotten it back. Awesome class-worth it

I took religious experience with Kuni and it was very entertaining, but also interesting. Papers and essays are lenient, but multiple choice tests can get tricky. Smart guy, and if you can deal with the communication barrier, you can definitely learn something.

Ahhh..."have you ever seen Good Will Hunting?" ...Yea, why..."Great movie, great movie." what? "I'm sorry, I'm speaking Jinglish." Kuni is the man...the only teacher on the planet that admits he speaks Jinglish (Japenese and English). Take him, and you'll be highly entertained.

Had Kuni first semester of my freshman year which was a little intimidating considering you're not sure what to expect. It's a little difficult but if you study you are sure to get atleast a B. Funny guy but is deffinately a little hard to understand but take notes and look up the philosophers online and you should be okay.

If you listen, he is extremely intelligent and well versed on all his materials. The only thing that is difficult are his quizes, but no one does good on them. He is open to anything you say or put on paper and is a very easy grader. He will also take out the time to help students if they need it.
