Comment:
While disliked by some, Professor Youngblood's Business Ethics class is not hard. Follow the instructions for his essays (e.g. Use T-chart for first one) and participate. If you conform to his teaching and cite the assigned textbook, an A is relatively easy to earn.

Not even half way through the class and I can tell this is pointless. He likes to talk at the class the whole time and skips around from story to irrelevant story. One of the worst prof at Neeley ...Thanks again TCU

Worst teacher for the Ent Mana major. Had him for the Ent Leadership class. He just sits in front of class and tells stories like he's some kind of prophet and has all these revolutionary ideas about how to become a leader. He prob wrote the review posted below mine lol. What a waste

took him for Ent. Leadership. SAY is very helpful, approachable and respectful. Put in the effort, and more than just the grade you will learn lessons for life.

Took him for Ent Leadership. Probably the worst class I have ever taken in my life. Class was so boring and painful. It was more of a human resources class than a leadership class. The only thing I actually learned from was the extra credit book "Three Cups of Tea".

He genuinely cares about the material and his students. His grading is like high school - what's a check or check plus mean? He expects you to be psychic a lot. His emails are novels. Do your work, actually reflect and you should be fine.

Mana Ethics: Nice professor, knows his material. I think he cares. However, he does tend to pontificate on random points. Just read your books, speak only concisely, relevantly, and profoundly in class (class participation is 10%), do your reflection papers and thank your favorite deity that this is only a three-week class and get 1.5 hours.

I have a lot of respect for SAY. He is a Crucial Conversations and 7 Habits LORD! He has a way of putting you into a spell of non-sense and you start to get really jittery and you can't stop looking at the clock. He genuinely wants to know that you are learning and that part is great. Learned a lot, but at times it was very painful. SLOW GRADER!!!

Genuinely good person, but his class is BORING! Slowest grader award at TCU goes to SAY. Just try to get Jordan for Ethics, not Stu. If you need to learn how to fix a sink, this class may be relevant. Peace.

Class isn't that difficult, but grading is arbitrary, so it doesn't matter. If you're an attractive girl or an elitist guy, you'll get an A. Don't follow his directions on papers, just cut/paste and quote with no original thought and you'll do well. Also, we received our third reflection paper 8 weeks after he said they were graded and ready.

Absolutely useless professor. Extremely boring and lazier than your deceased grandma. By the time he grades your paper, you'd have already graduated and started work. Counting the tiles on your bathroom floor would be more beneficial than taking this class.

do not take this class..it is hard and boring, and the teacher is boring as hell, keeps talking about the same topic for days. The final is impossible (17 chapters, 200 MC) and counts for 30% of your grade. Do yourself a favor and do not take it.

This is THE WORST class I've taken at TCU or elsewhere. He doesn't care about his students at all and I do believe this guy teaches just for money and fame. If you look for personality in professors like I do, DO NOT TAKE HIM - complete waste of your time. His lectures are pointless.
