He was a solid professor, His lectures were actually interesting so it made it kind of easy to pay attention. He was willing to cut me some slack when i was having to quarantine for COVID-19. Overall a good class and good prof.

Good Professor, however, most of the time he lectures, which was very boring as time passed. The class should be an easy A if you do the assignments and the extra credit he gives you.

I would recommend this class to take for your goal areas. He lectures during class so takes notes then you have some reading outside of class. You have a quiz about every two weeks online and we got to use our notes. You write three papers for the class that are due throughout semester. You have a final and final paper that are not to hard.

Dr. Jaede is a super understanding professor, but he also expects a lot from his students. There is a huge term paper at the end of the semester thats worth 85 points, has to be between 12-15 pages and have an attached annotated bibliography at the end. Several page paper due each Monday by start of class based on the weekly readings. Informative!

The class is heavily discussion-based. Lots of books to read but it was worth it. A pretty laid-back and nice professor. Likes to engage in class discussions. Is not too tough of a grader. I would highly recommend him.

Totally easy class., and pretty much everyone gets an A. You can learn some stuff but if you really want to get something then maybe take a different class for this.

Very nice guy, reasonable and for the most part lets you have your own opinion on controversial matters. The text is expensive and you can probably get by without it. You do have to write 4 required papers and attend out of class activities, but its easy to get a good grade.

Good teacher he loved discussions in his class room by students. Passionate about his subject. Loves questions. The textbook is used only if you want to read it, there's very few questions on the readings in his tests. He allows a sheet of paper to be used during the test with hand written answers to be on it. Easy B if you show up and participate.

Took his class over the summer, it was 3 hours a day for 3 weeks. Even though the classes were long, I was never bored. His lectures were very interesting. Also very clear about expectations of the class and always willing to help. Really enjoyed his class and learned quite a bit too. Great professor, who doesn't try and push beliefs on students.

Pretty good class. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. Have to post on D2L twice a week which can be tedious. Does take attendance and lectures are important so try not to skip.

D2L- Online readings and you have post 2 things to count as discussion every week. One group project. Two tests that are easy. He lets you have a 5x7 note card and provides study guide. Requires 3 outside to be done before the end of the semester. Good professor and makes you think!

Pretty easy class.. Two 25 point multiple choice exams, two 6-8 page papers, group presentation, and 3 outside activities. Tons of online readings but I never read them or the book. Exams aren't bad just make sure you study the review sheet. Takes attendance every day. Really nice guy and loved the class discussions. Definitely take!

First off, don't buy the book, you don't use it. The professors lectures are very boring as well, but he is a pretty nice guy. Some grading is harsh, but there is a lot of extra credit, so there is no excuse not to get an A.
