Comment:

One of my favorite professors at ISU! There were no tests in his classes, just papers and as long as he could tell you put effort into it he would give you an A! The class is very discussion based so if you are completely opposed to speaking in class then don't take one of his classes. He really gets you thinking analytically.

Took him for an online class this summer due to his great ratings. He has been one of the most frustration professors. He does not post course work until Wednesday morning, when the assignment is due by midnight. Grades without explanation and changes your grade willy nilly with no explanation. It was an easy class but he is not the best at ISU.

My favorite professor I've had at ISU! If you can take him for any class, I would totally recommend him. His Louisiana accent and sense of humor make the class 10 times better. He'll really get you thinking about controversial topics and challenge your thinking. No tests, just papers which aren't bad at all

This class is really easy and keeps you engaged the entire time. There is no reason to get a bad grade in this course- all exams are online and his papers are more opinion than anything. Temple is really funny and makes going to class fun! :-)

Dr. Temple is an AMAZING instructor. This class was mostly discussion based and Dr. Temple really gets you thinking about complex issues in ways that you never have before. He really wants to get to know you and goes above and beyond to help you reach your academic goals.

He is a great lecturer and has a lot of insight on what he is teaching. He has a lot going on though, which shows in the way he grades and deals with students outside of class. Some of his online quizzes were messed up and he didn't fix my grade in time at the end of the semester. He seems rushed a lot of the time too. Maybe I had bad timing though

Amazing professor! He will challenge your thinking to the max, but he won't be mean about it. He respects your opinion, and he will show that respect by questioning it. Be prepared to work on your writing and critical thinking skills, but the workload isn't too scary. I highly recommend taking a class from him!

Fantastic Teacher...by far my favorite. He is very passionate and has alot of intelligence. I really liked the fact that we answered our own questionsm, he just jump started our ideas. Very helpful, very fun! Highly recommend the class. He is truly someone you will look up to.

One of the most amazing prof's i have ever had. Mark is always willing to help his students. He sets up meetings with you so he can get to know you. His passion is health. I did very well. Attendance COUNTED. if you go to class and turn in assignments you are GUARENTEED an A or B. I go a high A in his class. I love him! GET HIM!!!

I am now a senior and hands down he is the best teacher I have ever had. Once you meet him you will never want to miss his class. He is very easy-going and extremely inspirational to every person in the class. No one ever missed his class. Very helpful, light homework load. Learn ALOT of useful and interesting information.

Dr. Temple is amazing! By far my favorite professor at the university. He is so passionate that it really inspires you. I know after I graduate he will the person to email to brag about a job promotion! Had no problem getting the work in 190 and 208 done.

Had him last fall. He's very lively, very fair. Definitely a class act and you can talk to him about anything. Come to class, participate, do your work, and you'll be fine.
