Shes pretty funny but hands down the most ruthless professor ive ever had. A family member of mine died and before one of her exams i had to stay up for days straight to make sure he didnt harm himself, I told her my situation and when he died she basically said Sorry but study harder next time, do better or youll fail. she gives no slack.

Dr. Boggiano was an amazing professor and I loved her honors intro to psych class. It was a smaller class so there was lots of casual discussion throughout her lectures which was very inclusive and informative. Her lectures are amazing and she has bonus questions for each of her exams that come from the textbook. Great class and great professor!!

Going into this class I expected very hard material. She made the class out to be a very difficult course, when in fact the material was quite easy. There was just a lot of it. The tests are challenging but in no way impossible. Its possible to make over 100 and she tells you exactly whats on the exam. She's also hilarious and interesting!

Words cannot explain how much I love Dr. Boggiano and her class. This was one of the few classes I have ever been excited to go to. She really wants to see her students do well. It is heavily lecture based, so pay attention. My advice is to make condensed notes to study for the exams, it makes to volume of information less overwhelming. Worth it.

Dr. B is an incredible professor. Your grade is based exclusively on 3 exams, so if you bomb even one exam, you're in trouble. But she is funny, compassionate, and wants to see everyone succeed. She's also one of the most knowledgeable professors I have ever had. Lectures are critical to passing, but she makes them fun and interesting.

Dr. B is a fantastic lecturer and you will always learn something new and interesting every single class. Her 335 class is so intriguing and informative. If you already have a large course load, opt for an easier class, though. This class is difficult and you will have to study your butt off for a good grade, but so fun. Would totally take again.

Dr. Boggiano was the bestttt. She is so funny and her lectures are super captivating. Her honors intro psych involves four 100 point tests. You must go to lecture, as her tests are based on those and also bolded terms in the book. Getting an A is very doable for your intro psych class. Don't miss out on her.

Dr. B is quite literally the best professor I've ever had. So funny and caring, takes time at end of class to answer all your questions. Textbook is used to supplement outside of class but her notes are the focus. If you put forth effort and study, you should have no problem making an A on each exam.

If you're willing to put in the time, you should get an A. It is a difficult class, but if you have a pretty light class load and have the time to devote for tests you will be fine. I made flashcards of notes and terms and drilled myself for a week before the test and aced them all. Tests are your only grades and lectures are interesting.

She was kinda intimidating but I loved listening to her lectures. She taught me so much that has carried over into my other psych classes. Grades were 100% tests though, with little/no extra credit. I would definitely take again.

Dr. Boggiano's lectures are pretty amazing to hear. The tests are 90-95% lecture so record and listen to again if need be. THE TEST GRADES ARE YOUR ONLY GRADES SO STUDY. Make flashcards on (1) everything she says and (2) all the bolded terms in the book. Notice what she repeats, her side notes, and what she says to look up in the book.

Make sure to take good notes in lecture and read the textbook before the lectures!!! This will save your life! Don't skip class because her tests are extremely lecture heavy. The book is really good for clearing up concepts you feel you do not understand well. Her tests are really tricky and are made to mess you up so make sure you know your stuff.

Take this course only if you have a great memory, excellent study habits, and/or are not taking a full load of courses. To make an A in this course, you will need to study daily, learning not only concepts, but a long list of ridiculous spelling words. Words like 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine. Also, not everything spoken in lecture is accurate.

AMAZING class. Dr. Boggiano has been one of my favorite professors so far. No homework, but tests are challenging. Be prepared to WORK HARD for the grade you want, as this is an honors course. I recommend buying the textbook as well. Definitely attend every lecture! Would take again because Dr. Boggiano is amazing and you learn a lot!

Her test are 90% lecture based so you have to go to class and take good notes .Her lectures are interesting so is is easy to pay attention. Studying is essential and her tests are critical thinking. If you are having problems she will go through your tests with you. Her class is hard for an intro class but it is very worth it.

I have really enjoyed Dr. Boggiano as a professor and look forward to taking some of her other classes. She is hilarious, yet really makes you think about the material. her tests, at least in PY201, are all multiple choice and all application based. I you do not feel like studying then do not take her class. I wish that i had applied myself more.

So I came into this class thinking that it would be a walk in the park (aced the AP exam, honors student, etc.). However, her tests were designed to see if one can apply the material that he has learned into real situations. My only regret was not reading the whole textbook. If you want a GPA booster, this is not the class.
