Avoid this professor. If you ask for help from your lab partner, he will separate you and tell you to do it on your own. He does not answer questions. Quizzes ever week and test are fill in the answer. He does not lecture on the stuff you get quizzed on. If you are late, he will not accept you in class. He picks you if you seem like you don't know

Beware. He straight up will ignore all students emails, not helpful if you have questions. Half the class failed. If you are not an AG major he will make you feel less, he favors if your an AG major If you dont attend class you will fail. He makes it seems his class is the only class. If you want to have a life outside of school, dont take him.

Worst professor ever, If you can avoid this professor you should. If someone messes up in class it's bad for everyone. He will yell at the entire class and hit objects around him. If you miss one class, your gonna fail. You better know his lectures like the palm of your hand or you will fail. mess up in class? he will make you feel bad about it

Based off the first class, I already regretting signing up for his class. His class is relatively easy if you study and pay attention. But he is very strict, especially when it comes to attendance. Unless you're in the hospital or a family member died, don't expect any grace. If you can get past his rigid personality, I would take the class.

Mr. Morales is an amazing professor! The negative reviews on here made me nervous at first, but honestly dont listen to them. Just pay attention in class, study for 20-30 minutes each night, and I promise youll be fine! He has expectations but that isnt a bad thing. He truly wants you to succeed. Highly recommend!! Take his class if you can :)

Comment:

Yes, he gives funny lectures and all. However, Viticulture was a complete joke. It had no structure at all. All tests were all write in answers. Very few tests, no quizzes at all. The lab was more the meat and potatoes of the class than lecture. Good luck trying to just get an answer from him. It's beyond stupid how he never answers questions.

Mr. Morales gives great lectures. He engages with students and students respond to his teachings. He is a very knowledgeable teacher and has a passion for agriculture. He made plant science interesting and fun. Expect a quiz the first five minutes of each class session. Brilliant way to keep students from missing class.

Mr. Morales is an awesome teacher. He make you more involved in the class and is very reasonable if you talk to him about you grade. He is very strait forward and prepares you for the real world. All you need to do is study and follow instructions. If you do not follow instructions don't take the class.

Comment:

PLSC205 Field Crops. Be there on time because Morales does not accept late work. He is not clear about important dates, once about 10 students didnt get the memo that class started earlier than usual. As an alternative assignment he made me waist half a tank of gas & my time. Some positive is that tests are not bad if you study & labs are easy.

Must study if you want to pass. Mr. Morales is very helpful if you talk to him ahead of time before its too late. Print out lecture notes online and bring to class for note taking. Also do all the extra credit you can in case your test are not as great! Overall, an interesting class!

Great Teacher! Intense class, but he makes it fun and manageable. His lecture notes are available online, PRINT THEM OUT and bring to class to write on (otherwise he'll go way too fast for you)! Everything on the notes will be on the tests - no surprises. I was intimidated at first, but put in the time and it's an easy A.

Mr. Morales knows his stuff. But man is he so blatantly rude and disrespectful. He does not have sympathy for students and he treats it like you have no other classes to worry about. He is incredibly temepermental and quite clearly plays favorites. If you want to struggle in a class and have panic attacks, this is the prof. for you. You will cry.

Mr. Morales really knows his stuff. I left his class with more understanding than any other class I had. Looked forward to the field trips. If you were raised right to respect your adults, then you will have no problem here.....

Morales has very high standards and makes you work but in the end the grade has never felt more worth it. Hes a pretty funny guy and easy to get along with. Lectures are long but he makes them worth while.

Mr. Morales is a great professor. He gives a small quiz beginning of class on the previous days lecture, puts the lecture power point online for you to download, hardly any hw, if you're in class you get the participation pts, tests aren't too bad as long as you pay attention to his lecture and study. Gives extra credit and is easy to talk to.

Morales was a fantastic teacher, I had him for Plant Science and liked his way of teaching so much I signed up for his Soils class. Make sure to take good notes and pay attention to what he's telling you. If you have any questions just ask, he wants to see you pass and will try his best to make sure you understand. No phones or you're kicked out!!

Morales has tons of experience about what he teaches and is passionate about it which made class fun and easy to engage in. The frustrating part of his class was that he doesn't post grades online and can take several weeks to return tests. CROSS YOUR T'S & DOT YOUR I'S he loves to give zeros on assignments formated incorrectly or missing content.

This dude was a great teacher. Helped me out a ton. I really learned a lot in his class. He is a cool funny guy and would recommend taking his class.
