Prof. Grosch teaches very great lectures. You have to pay really good attention to them though & listen carefully. Also, take GOOD notes. Nothing is open book/notes. Don't wonder off into space because he'll put you on blast. He drops the lowest grade & you have an opportunity to be exempt from the final. I got a "C" in his class. I recommend him!

I was very interested in taking this course until i took it with him. Unless your good at taking test don't take this professor, you don't have attendance, class participation or homework to help out your grade. His lectures are great but then when you take his test its nothing like what you talked about in class. I wouldn't take advise him

Professor Grosch is the most interesting and intelligent professor. The course is a bit difficult, though. On the other hand, expectations are clear from the get-go. 4 chapter exams and the final comprise your grade for the term. REAL students only! Half-a** it and you'll fail.

I enjoy professor Grosch's class, the discussions are always really interested, the class participates so it doesnt get boring. he doesn't take attendence. the down side to his class is that theres not homework, attendence, participation grade, its ALL based on test, so you really have to know the material to pass the class with a good grade

Prof Grosch is a great prof. Attendance is not mandatory, but a good deal of material on the tests come from his lectures so taking detailed notes is important. Tests are somewhat difficult, but if u show up to class & read the book, you will be fine. His lectures are always entertaining & interesting but never show up late or interrupt him!!

Prof. Grosch did a very good job at keeping discussions interesting ande active. Fun class. Gave accurate study guides for tests. Tests are your only grade. notes from class are vital so attendance is necessary.

This guy is a very horrible person. I am not talking about his teaching skills (that is ok) and I am not complaining about him because I got a bad grade because I didn't. He is not a people's person and he does not care to help you. He even said that he doesnt care if someone died in your family, if you miss an exam you cannot make it up.

He is very interesting...he is ALWAYS LATE..he can come in 10 mminutes late n you come in 11 minutes late. And he will yell @ u infront of the class and tell you not to BE LATE..HE never knows where he left off. Test are multiple choice.KINDA HARD NEED TO STUDY N TAKE NOTES!! HE likes to take every subject back to religion. I think he is an ATHEIST
