She makes the class more difficult than it should be. She teaches extremely fast and get annoyed when you ask her questions. The class itself wasnt difficult. Its the overwhelming outside class work that makes the class difficult. If you have a job or are overloaded with classes, you may want to reconsider taking her class.

Do not take if you don’t know the material somewhat already. You start off on the intermediate level and fast. She will answer questions, but tends to get a little agitated if there are too many questions. The books for the class are SUPER expensive, but are more helpful than the professor herself. If you know the stuff before hand, easy A.

Confidence, tone, clarity, and knowledge. She is a good instructor. No surprises. The book selection is excellent, does the teaching for her. But she is very helpful when needed. Other than that she lets you do your work in class. You can work ahead also, she stays out of your way.

If you've worked with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc then this class will be a breeze for you. If you haven't it could be a little tough. She's a nice woman, but unclear at times. Very helpful.

Took the online class. Very simple if you know computers. If you don't know computers, definitely don't take it online - you are on your own. I've met her once, she was friendly and gladly answered questions.

MS MCQUEEN IS VERY HELPFUL JUST ASK. MOST OF THE THINGS YOU ARE DOING IS STEP BY STEP IN THE BOOK. SHE INTRODUCES MATERIAL THAT SHE THINK NO ONE HAVE DID BEFORE, AND IF YOU DO NOT GET IT IT IS IN THE BOOK STEP BY STEP. THE ONLY THING I HAD PROBLEM IN THIS CLASS IS THE ACCESS EXAM BECAUSE SHE DO NOT PUT A PRACTICE EXAM OUT WITH WHAT WILL BE ON IT

This is a pretty easy class. The book takes you step by step through the material. It is important to keep up, since it is very fast paced. There were several people in my class that had problems because they were not computer literate enough to be taking it.

Only taught a few times; when you ask for help she tells you to look it up in the book for yourself; final exam part 2 is considered part of your homework grade and that doesnt help; she never announces anything for the tests, only when they have to be done online
