He is an amazing teacher. He really does love to teach. Just stop and speak to him for a second and you realize how intelligent he is. He knows so much about history, I think he should become a history teacher instead of being a technical director.

people. tim zay has to get the sets done. its his job. lay off. hes amazing, hilarious and good at what he does. he's a rockstar for putting up with all the morons that take theatre crafts. bow down before tim zay. with out him there would be no mainstage.

Tim is not easy. He isn't always agreeable. For some reason you kinda like him anyway. The comments about his messy diagrams are certainly true and the quizzes are really random. If you want the A and the more "fun" class, i would say don't take tim. But he isn't a bad guy, and his class is almost a rite of passage.

I LOVE Tim. He always treated me like his daughter. Very willing to help and always very informative. I highly recommend him. College wouldnt have been the same without him.

Used us to get extra work done in the shop almost every class. But still quizzed us on material he did not teach. He was unclear in his few lectures, drew very messy diagrams with out erasing and clearly did not actually care at all about teaching us- he just had to have his sets done.

Tim is awesome. He's got all these neat gadgets to get work done in the shop. There are a number of quizzes, but if you study the information, you'll be fine. Only two short papers on each of the mainstages. Do the interview assignment for real!
