Heflin was a great professor! Took her for lab and really enjoyed the class. Sometimes the lab assignments were tedious and annoying, but the projects and papers were fun! Passionate and helpful teacher. Would definitely recommend her!

Comment:

She's very nice & helpful, but her teaching style is a little elementary. You have to come to class to get the power point notes, but that's not all that's on the test. She wonders why the class sucks on test day; it's because the lectures barely cover half the material. Expect to read the chapters and remember the terms. I'd recommend her still.

Fun, easy class. Two easy projects, midterm and final are emailed to you and you have two days to email her back the answers. It's 15 questions and you pick the 10 you want to answer. If you copy her powerpoints everyday you don't need the book. That's why it is important to come everyday. She is young and super nice. Heflin FTW!

Soooooo easy if you dont do well her class I dont know what to tell you. Super nice has simple grading critera midterm, final, and two projects. Can we say take home tests that you e-mail back in two days. Also the lectures are very clear she explains alot without making it to dull. Oh when last thing we watch videos take this class!

Had her for a 3 hour lab but you'll actually only stay for about 2. shes a young informative professor (late 20's-early 30s). only homework is the lab thats done in class; if you don't finish it, thats your homework! final is a group presentation so i'd suggest making friends early and you will benefit! easy A. shes also kinda hot. RECOMMENDED!!!

I recommend her to all my friends. Very easy class. Attendance = sign in sheet. Gives study guides and extra credit. Nice lady. Asked her a question out of my own curiousity, she didn't know the answer and did research for me. If you have to take anthro. take her.

Very nice person, down to earth! makes anthro fun and shows lots of videos! she is great to chat with and loves anthropology. Makes the class fun, simple and straightforward. Definitely recommend her!
