Listen, Neiman is incredible. He's so funny and so sweet. His homework was hard, but you go through it in class the next day. He basically gives you the exam questions during the review, but the exams are no joke. He's teaching a tough subject for newbies, but I think he made it really accessible for someone who never touched accounting before.

I have had him for a few classes, and they are all the same. expect to teach yourself and if that doesn't work for you then oh well. All of your grade comes from the 3-4 tests you take nothing else. Homework may or may not give you a little extra credit. Honestly take a different professor if you are looking for a more hands on caring approach.

Fun guy show up to class on time do ur homeowrk doesn't matter if it's write.no midterm just 3 or 4 test.doesn't really teach u have to teach ur self while doing the homeowrk doesn't let you take notes, turns off the lights and showes a slide show. but still not bad at all
