Annie was disengaged from students. Didn't communicate expectations very well. Additionally, found "Lamb Watch" very disconcerting. During the experience I suffered from severe depersonalization. I spoke to her about this, but was dismissed. Funny enough, for how much extra emotional effort was needed, I received a poor evaluation. Don't recommend

Annie is really fantastic combining different disciplines. She helps cater to people with a multitude of interests. Her reading is extensive, but the amount is understandable. I find her difficult to connect with on a personal level, which usually keeps me engaged. But, generally, a great person and teacher.

Very friendly, very nurturing professor. She has a lot of knowledge about her subject matter, and her writing exercises bring out some very good writing. She sometimes struggles a little bit to keep the class focused in discussions, but you leave her class feeling like you've learned something.
