I took this class online during the summer. It as a 6 week course so it was a heavy load. This professor was a bit challenging for me, all of the reading materia was depressing and even though I answered all the points on the discussion board i never go a A on them. However, if you do all the work and papers you will pass with atleast a C.

She's a great professor who is willing to go above and beyond when it comes to helping you become a better writer. The papers can be tricky at times, but she helps to break it down into smaller steps to make it manageable.

Definitely a great Professor. There were 3 essays, a few quizzes, and a group project, but everything was very interesting and she was very helpful and flexible. I'd recommend taking her if you can.

There was a lot of reading to do for homework, and to answer questions about the reading. One thing that bothered me was that she made you read a book in less than 2 weeks, which is a lot if you don't like reading. Overall, I had no other problem and I passed the class. You just need to put a lot of effort and you'll do fine.

Professor Soferr is a amazing and caring professor. She truly tries her best to ensure her students understand the assignments. She takes extra time for more In depth explanations when needed and tries to work with you when needed. She gives chances to succeed so If you don't that's on you.

I was struggling with English and especially writing. I expected this to be a hard class for me but it was actually really easy. I would stay after and she would one on one help me with how to write and set up the research paper. I loved going to her for help because it always benefited my writing and I can't wait to take another class with her.

Truly enjoyed her class. Took her for Cmp 2 and again for American Lit II. She made every class interesting. She is kind, understanding and cares about her students. Always offered to help after class hours. Gives a good amount of work; but just seemed like a real college class to me. Leaned a lot. Fair grader. Wish I could take her again!

Her comp 101 class is fairly easy. She does give a lot of work though, and sometimes forgets you have work in other classes. Asking her for help is a struggle and when you e-mail her she hardly gets back. Its her way or the highway no between. She is nice but has a few screws loose in her head.

Best English, Very Fair Grader, Believes every student is capable of getting A. Understands what students go through, there fore she is reasonable. Though she doesn't accept late work, she is very reasonable. Recommended for anyone who is taking Comp 101.

Overall, Great class. Prof. Soferr will work with you if you show effort. HW assignments will be plentiful, so you must constantly be on your "A" game. She is a bit of a tough grader, but WILL PREPARE you for the four year schools. Awesome teacher, just be prepared to work.
