Jim didn't help to teach students how to use the DAW rooms at all for the projects he assigned. When students had issues, his response was always "You should know this stuff by now." I'm paying for school to learn, so teach, don't be so rude.

Jim is chilled out and laid back, which is nice, but sometimes he is kinda confused about what he said the week before and he will say we are going to do something the next week and then forget. But he's a cool guy and a good teacher. You need a decent attention span for his classes though. haha

An absolute master when it comes to audio engineering. Although he does not seem very excited to be teaching, he absolutely KNOWS his stuff, you just have to ask questions in order to pull out the appropriate info. Despite that, very effective,clear&fair.
