Comment:

Professor Goodman is a good teacher. Her techniques are pretty simple and easy to understand. Even if you do not understand, you could ask her thousand time and she wouldn't mind. She is on time and never late. Very responsive to the emails. Very patient.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSOR! The professor was always late to class, always cancelled class without any notice. I would travel a far distance to take this class and when I would arrive there would be a sign saying she wasnt able to make it, she never sent emails or anything. She is also boring and has a very low voice.

The best Math teacher i've ever had. I didn't think I was good in Math but I was able to pull an A in her class because of how simple she would teach. She was available for questions and would even respond to questions. I wish I had her all throughout college because she is that good!

a lot of hw !!!! She's fluent in English so its a plus for a math teacher, doesn't really e explain well, you must use her way of getting the answer or no credit, For math 110 theres extra credit.

Professor Goodman teaching techniques; if you don't understand ask other students for help, tutoring, or created a study group, and she's not cleared when teaching. I feel she's all over the place and gets very confusing. I'm worried I won't pass!

This was the last time I was able to take basic math and I was terrible at it, she was absolutley very helpful. She gave option to do extra credit on My Math Lab. Im so grateful for her, I hate math and always will but she really made this class easy for me to understand. RECOMMEND FOR THOSE WHO ARE DISCOURAGED. BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN.

you obviously have to attend the class in order to understand the material. She is amazing. She tells you what you did wrong on your homework, and she is willing to go over any problems you have . if you don't understand something then ASK. sit in the front and keep asking questions until you understand. she's there for you!

I took her class in Spring 2014 and I liked her very much. I wish my other math professors were like her too. She gave a lot of hand-outs which helped a lot. There was a review sheet for final exam too. I would take her class again.

she goes too fast sometimes 3-4 sections in 30 minutes. Exams are really tough. Problems go over of what you learned in the chapter. lot of homework for 1-2 X credit points.

She is a sarcastic lady. I also agree with the other post, do not take this class unless you're a math master. She puts questions on the board and you have to know it from doing HW, she will not teach the subject first. I would not recommend her unless you're strong in math and can learn on your own.

So nice, lots of handouts that help a lot,different ways so you can choose the one you are comfortable with, lots of examples in class which is helpful to understand, she takes her time to make sure everyone understands the concept,overall great teacher with nice face a friendly. You have to attend in class to understand. Great experience. Love it.

She is a very sweet lady and very helpful. We are always going over material and learning something new. She gives us lots of worksheets to practice with and always goes over the homework when we had questions. She grades based on tests and the questions are always on what we learned. Overall lovely class.

she is a nice lady, but math is hard. if you don't know math at all DO NOR TAKE HER YOU WILL FAIL. her tests are hard but she drops the lowest grade. she answers your questions and gives out helpful handouts, but if you can't teach yourself you'll not get a good grade. i received an A and i did not do any HW, but i got As on all the tests:)she's ok

Math is hard. I really enjoyed my semester with professor Goodman she is a really nice person and will remember your name quickly. The class is hard, its math but she does everything she can to help you. She will go over any questions you have and will give out a lot of handout for practice. its now up to you to actually do the work. I recommended!
