I took a 2 hour, freshman-filled course, so I figured it would be a class that I could put on the back burner. I was wrong. In addition to overloading us with homework on Mondays and Wednesdays, she also held non-mandatory class meetings on Fridays. If you couldn't go, you missed a whole lecture. She also sprung a 12 pg paper 2 weeks before finals

there are three mini papers and 2 big essays, you have to read a book and take two tests on it, you have to do grammar hw on mind tap every week then a grammar test at the end, she gives alot of useless information and goes over hs level stuff, most days you wont learn anything new, shes got an attitude on her just warning you

Dr. Payne knows a lot about literature and English, and she really, really enjoys it. She likes discussion and input and values students' comments. Her assignments readings are very helpful. She is willing to listen to your concerns, and she will do all she can to help you with assignments and papers if you are putting forth good effort.

Wonderful professor! She has her Doctorate degree. She thoroughly explains all of the topics within the subjects she teaches about. Very helpful when you have questions. Overall a grade A teacher!
