It is true, you better be prepared to kiss alot of bottom to get to the top. Also is pretty bias to non-sports fans. Overall though he is a fair man if given the chance but he will not jive with everyone. LaPlante I hear grades by how well you do so Hosier is a step above from him. There is no textbook so the class is cheap :D

I took intro to PE with him and the other commenters are right. You will need to work hard and do some sucking up, if you are intellegent and talk sports you can get an A in the class. Tests are Essay and be warned that he wants 5 examples for every question even when it doesn't say so. I enjoyed the class over all and would reccomend him.

Class was easy as long as you fill out your daily log and attend class. 50 percent of the grade is based on attendance and there is only one graded test. Mr. Hosier is kinda strict but it's easy to stay out of his way if your not joking around during class. I got a lot out of the class. Easy A, if you try.

Hosier is a ridiculously horrible teacher. You only get grades on the 4 tests throughout the whole semester. And on those tests, you'd probably do just as well blind-folded. He doesn't cover any of the test questions in class. A typical day consists of him babbling about everything non health-related. I got a B in his class, he ruined my 4.0.

Mr. Hosier's class was pretty difficult. He was very smart and he could be a hard ass at times but he could also be nice when he wanted to be! I ended up getting a B in the class but that was only cuz he graded on a curve, so good luck if you take him!

A complete idiot. He just rambles about the war, the vikings and his grandkids. He is pretty much rude to everyone and hates single parents. Some questions on his test could be more then one answer yet he doesn't care. 4 tests is all your grade is, and you never can finsh them. Everything he says I just want to contradict!
