Her lectures were very clear! You cannot rely on the lectures though. You must read the chapter ahead of time. She tells you what is due the next class so there are no surprises. If you read and study, you will get an A. Do not take her if you are lazy. I had a fear of chemistry going in, but now I love chemistry!

BE READY! This professor explains horribly, the calculations must be presented the way she wants, you got lie about your data so the graph looks "good" and you got know the procedures before coming to class. In addition, she contradicts her words, sends an E-mail at 2 am about material that won't be collected and then she collects it next day.

Dr. Krishnan is an amazing professor. Lectures are clear. Topics were difficult but she presents in the best way I can imagine for student comprehension. This was my first time taking a chemistry course but because of Dr. Krishnan, I not only did well, I was inspired to learn and became passionate about chemistry. Not recommended for lazy students

DO NOT TAKE HER !! SO AT THE START OF THE COURSE IT SEEMS EXTREMELY EASY. ONE OF HER LECTURES WAS ABOUT HOW TO USE A RULER . THEN OUT OF NO WHERE HER TEST GET EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND SHE GIVES EXAMPLES THAT ARE MORE CONFUSEING THAN WHAT SHES TRYING TO TEACH. SHE GRADES EXTREMELY TOUGH AND DOESNT TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HERSELF IF YOU GET LOST

DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS!!!! I would NOT take her class nor would I recommend anyone taking her class. Total of 3 lecture tests plus a lab test and final test, she will NOT review for any of them. She does not explain anything well. I regret taking this class. She has the worst time management and will cram up everything for the end. Don't take her!!!

I would NOT take this teacher again. EXTREMELY tough class. She is a VERY tough grader, on everything! If you dare to ask a question, she will make you feel extremely stupid in front of the entire class. DO NOT waste your time, take someone else!!

has a very heavy accent, so it is hard to understand her. When you ask a question, she will make you feel stupid for asking without actually answering the question. She gets off topic during lecture, but you really dont have to pay attention to pass or get a good grade. I sat in the back and did homework for another class. Lab is easy but boring.

I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Krishnan, she knows her stuff and gives ample opportunity for you to do well. She really wants her students to succeed, however if you don't put in the work you won't pass. I have a great deal of respect for her and highly recommend her to other students.

Lectures all of class, and repeats the same thing over 5 different ways, makes you loose in treat fast. 10 people have dropped the class because of this.

Do not take chemistry with her! She is really quick to suggest you drop the class if you don't pass the first test. THE WHOLE CLASS FAILED THE FIRST TEST! She tends to get frustrated when you ask her for help. I know that chemistry is hard, but she takes it to a whole other level. Do not advise anyone take with her.

Takes some time to get used to the long lectures and her way of teaching but she is a super good professor! Chemistry is hard regardless of anything so be ready to stay on top of it at all times if you want to pass. Strongly recommend to read the chapters before lectures and doing the homework prepares you for quizzes! Is always willing to help.

She keeps the students too busy with labs at 15% of the grade and concentrates too little on the Lectures which are worth 45% of the grade. She doesnt explain lectures very well and students grades suffer because of it. Students must self-teach because of bad lectures. I can not recommend this professor to other students.

CHEM is tough! But if you study (& I mean STUDY!!) & use the resources she provides, you'll do well. I could've done so much better if I just took the time to look over the material & prepare for labs or quizzes. She's helpful when you need it, & actually really funny. I will be taking her again next sem! Oh, her accent is hilarious: "Potashium" (:

Currently in the class, failing despite massive effort on my part. Vague test and quiz questions on material glanced over 2-3 weeks prior, after a 3.5 hour lecture on brand new material. She will downgrade before she gives partial credit for effort. Totalitarian; feels like she is trying to fail the entire class on purpose; bonus for doing so?

Dr. Krishnan is very cleary, focused, well-organized professor and explains in terms you can relate to. Chem is VERY hard. I recommend Intro. to Chem first if you want to be successful. 70% of the class dropped because they failed to study properly. I highly recommend this prof. TAKE notes, NEVER skip class/labs. Connect & book are a MUST
