She's great! I would highly recommend her for both Indigenous People's Rights and American Indian Law. She has a real interest in this area of the law, which definitely shows through when she is teaching. She's extremely nice and very approachable.

Professional, Pleasant, Tough Grader. Knowledgeable and quietly excited regarding the subject. Good sense of humor and a impeccably ethical. Easy going - lulls you into thinking exam will not be difficult; put in the time for her and you will be OK.

Literally the most boring teacher I have ever had in my entire life. She's seems nice though. I didn't take a single note in her class, as I struggled dearly to keep my eyes open. I guess I learned a fair amount of Biz Org though while studying for the final.

Prof. Dussias is very sweet - nicest law professor I have had. She is really eager to help students understand the material and happy to answer questions after class. She assigned a manageable amount of reading and explained all of the rules during class with helpful powerpoint slides.

No doubt, she *does* come across as dry in the classroom. However, if you get beyond that, she is *great* at explaining the matter at hand. She also has a subtle sense of humor that I found to be quite funny. She *is* a hard grader, so dont be put off by her pleasent nature, but I didnt find it to be unreasonable by any measure.

She is a deceptively hard grader. She has a pleasant appearance and spends a very long time on each case so you expect an easy exam but don't be deceived - she graded much harder than Prof. Manus and pulled the class GPA down in the second semester.

Comment:
Dussias is not an engaging professor, and it is hard to pay attention in her class. She tends to ramble through side stories, which may be a result of shyness/nervousness in front of such a large audience. The class itself (the second semester of property) wasn't hard and there were not many cases.
