Comment:

I like Copani but his friend Sullivan was harassing and antagonizing me so that I would leave the school, abuse of power, and of course my complaints were not taken seriously. I gave Copani the chance to speak to her and set her straight. He told me I should keep talking to her no matter what and of course the situation got out of control SMH!

Probably the worst instructor I have taken to date at MSL. Unclear examples, goes all over the place and does not aid students in connecting concepts. Incredibly sexist and inappropriate gender/national origin comments. Speaks to fast and does not explain. When he says he is going to go over "notes", that doesn't mean a handout - its a lecture

He actually is funny, and he knows his stuff, but he cannot seem to teach it in ANY organized fashion. For instance, in hearsay he was all over the place - making a difficult topic worse. He seems to be a kind enough person - not mean spirited, just haphazard. However, he should cut back on the smutty jokes, but he won't.

Awesome! Amazing professor. Great personality and his stories of his experience are more insightful than any book. He's the man!!! I took him for Torts and Evidence. I recommend him as highly as possible. Take all his classes, you'll be thrilled! VERY FAIR!

A great professor. Very knowlegeable, witty, intelligent, and likeable. Strongly urge everyone to take this class with him as you will improve your trial skills substantially and have a great time doing so. A tremendous asset to the law school.

His hypos are whacked and will offend some people. VERY hard to brief for-prepare to have his eyes rolled at you. Exams are tough. Likes to joke a lot, which definitely helps.

Great teacher, engaging style. He teaches so you learn to rules, uses examples to nail down points. I found myself reciting his lessons while I was writing my exam. Found my attorney role model.

unfortunately, Prof Copani only has time to help if you are under 30, female and dressed in a manner highlighting your attributes. He was condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful. He embodies the "short man" syndrome characteristics. However, if I committed a slezy crime and needed a sleazy defense lawyer, he would probably be a choice.

Prof.....Copani is the BOMB!!! He is a great teacher and has a way of relating the info to you so you remember it. Others may tell you there are others you should take for Evidence. No way man, this guy will teach it to you so you remember and have a good time learning it.
