(1) Failed to return four assignments that he never graded. (2) Conveniently never gave students an evaluation form for his Con-Law Class (3) He is a nice guy, but he can be slightly confusing and he goes off topic too much. (4) The tests are too tough. The fact patterns are extremely long and not very useful.

Prof. Malaguti is a GREAT instructor. His experience and expertise in the field is evident and he uses practical modern hypo's. His lectures are clear and direct, and his good nature makes what some consider a tedious area of law easy to listen to and absorb. Barbri, if you read this you should call him to do your lecture .. he's Terrific !

One of the few great prof @ MSL. Very smart, kind, sincere, and clear. Provides you all the info/material you need for class. He likes to joke and have interaction w/students. Not big on calling out for briefing. He does some and others chime in. VERY LAID back. Had him for 3 courses. Simply 1 of the best! but scared class of 2014 @ orientation!

Prof. Malaguti is a great professor and a good, warm- hearted man, God bless him. He knows his stuff and one of the top legal minds in US today. It is a privilege knowing him. If you are looking for advice who to take for Con Law, than it is no brainer! ... Careful with Tenant- Landlord, make a list of issues prior to exam, don't miss them!

Great professor, doesn't drill students on case details, focuses on the law. Use his outline and practice his old exams. Instead of reading cases before class, study the outline. Exams are long, but you know what hes going to ask.

Great Professor, provides students with an outline, won't embarrass you (unless you're electronic devices make noise in class), focuses on the law, not minor details in cases, light use of casebook, tough exam, but you know whats going to be on it, Everything. No tricks on the final, just know your material. Practice exams are a must.

The nicest professor at MSL. Classes are very interesting, and he does not put a lot of pressure on his students. His final exam is tough but you are rewarded for studying thoroughly. He really does test you on EVERYTHING! So you will get a return on your studying. Unlike other teachers, his grading is much less subjective. He is fair!

Peter Malaguti is a good teacher and a good man, but I think he sublimates his mediterrean temper with this whole Leave Jose alone speech or you'll deal with me. Malaguti, you leave Jose, alone He can handle himself and doesn't need you treating him like he's incompetent.
