Lots of people don't like her, but it's probably because most don't want to work very hard or think or participate very much. You will never get an easy A, but you will learn your material forever. So which is more important to you? Her knowledge is astounding and her memory is flawless. She is fabulous in every respect. She is perfect.

She can be short, rude and down right mean. Probably the most demanding professor at the school. You will hate her class but you will LEARN the material very well. Hated her while taking the class, loved her come Bar prep time.

Comment:

She's tough but fair. Show up prepared for class just as you would be expected to show up prepared for court. As a former judge, she expects you to act like a professional in her classroom - which is where she holds court these days. Do your work and you will do well.

I worked hard and did not get a fair grade. Where others left early, gave less, yet earned more. Just do what you can to keep up with the work, its demanding. Read a study guide for the MPRE, this class won't help.

Professor Rudko is a real spitfire if I have ever seen one! She reminds me of my grandmother except if you screw up she doesn't hit you with a broom, which is a relief at this point in my life! I guess you have to take her and come to your own determination, but she is very approachable out of class

Tough as nails & very strict. DO YOUR WORK & BE PREPARED!!! If not, she'll cut you to shreds. again, as long as you do what you need to do, you will be fine.
