Dr. bekker can be unclear at times but one thing that is for sure is you will learn lots, she knows how to keep her students interested in psychology, each class was fun and exciting, if something is unclear just ask Dr. Bekker. definitely recommend her to anyone for psychology.

LOVE THIS LADY! Obviously abnormal psy isnt the easiest thing to understand but shes works with you and allows you to even retake test and make up work. It is kinda hard to understand what she wants but she does work with you if you look for help. Highly recommended i couldn't believe how much my grade improved after going for help! A+ to you Bekke

She is a great teacher. sometimes she doesnt explain what she wants clearly enough but she understands that and trys to help the best she can. she lets you redue work and most of the time she will give full credit back if you deserved it. she does "mindfulness" the begining of each class and i think that its a good way to start. i LOVED her.

She is so nice. the book was easy to understand and there was study tests online that the book gave you. the tests were alittle hard only because there was so much information that was covered. But she lets you retake the test if you do not like the grade you recieve (and its the same test) there is a research paper, but she grades easy. loved her

We watched a lot of movies. We took notes, but it wasn't necessary. She gave one paper which was very easy. The midterm and final were 50 multiple choice questions, which she gave us two weeks before the test. I looked up each question and memorized the answers. The tests took me five minutes to complete which I aced. EASY A!!

Great Prof. Hard to follow at first but if you show up every day and participate you can get an easy A. No open book tests, lots of extra credit. Build a relationship with her it makes a difference. Take her, just pay attention and you will learn alot

awesome lady. always gave you examples ('hands on examples' and stuff in class so you would remember the info) & she is just very funny, vibrant and me & my friends enjoyed going to her class everyday. movie journal for movies you watch - easy points! tests are open book ~ shes awesome...really recommend taking her for an ENJOYABLE psych experience

she is a really good professor, i dont know why someone wouldnt like her, she is great!! OPEN BOOK TESTS!! only one term paper, do extra credits and bring up ur grade...BUT TRY TO BE IN CLASS ON TIME, she likes it when you ask questions...from 1 to 10 i would give her a 9.1

really bad teacher... doesn't even teach, doesn't even lecture about psychology. i really wanted to learn about this subject but thanks to her i learned nothing. tests were all open book since she teaches NOTHING! oh and she shows boring movies that have nothing to do with the class to kill time. DON'T TAKE HER!

Very easy A...the structure and clarity of her classes are somewhat unclear, but she is always willing to stay after and help you....the movie bits that she shoes don't always necessarily relate to the exact topice we are learning, but I feel show you how subjects of studies are treated.

Professor Bekker is a very understanding lady. She makes the class fun, but you have to do the reading and want to learn. She can be very pleasant and tough at the same time. Do your work and you will get your reward. No time limit on end Term Paper...she is good with the grading and lets you do extra credit papers to catch up if you miss anything.

VERY easy teacher. I pretty much agree with what other people have said about her: it's an easy A (VERY easy extra credit assignments), but it's hard to even pick up on a structure to her lectures. Impossible to learn; I would've taken someone else if I knew.
