i went to his class in COMP 110 in the year 2010 . his lecture is far by the most boring one and i almost fell asleep from it, which is why i left his class. horrible teacher with bad attitude. would not recommend him to anyone.

I enjoyed his class to say the least. He definitely isn't the most professional teacher with his constant swearing but he surely does keep the class interesting with some of his stories. He is a tough grader, but not overly terrible.

He is a great teacher, easy grader. took him for comp 107,110 loved it. If you are majoring in literature I do not recommend him but if you want an easy A take the course. Ps. He does curse a lot and talk about himself a lot but it makes the time go bye.

Awful. He would show up late to class, sometimes he wouldn't show up at all. He is always cursing and talking about himself. He makes no sense. Don't take him if you have any interest in Literature. He's a waste if time.

He honestly is one of the best teachers ive ever had. Yea he tells stories about himself but they always relate to what we were learning. Very caring and understanding. He keeps you intrested and wanting to actually go to class..

In all honesty I think I could have done better had I showed interest in his talks about his own experiences and opinions which were amusing and honest, but it was late and I was tired. They loosely assist you in finding meaning in some difficult to read material. He handed nothing back until the last classes so there was no room for improvement.

He is hilarious. I liked going to his class just because it was fun and entertaining, but if you really want to learn something, i dont reccommend this class. You'll get a good grade if you do all the papers and participate in class. The only thing I did not like is he didn't give us our papers back. I didnt know what i had to improve on. Funnyguy.

He is a wonderful and fun professor. Extremely helpful when needed. Easy going. Gives you time to make up any work. Will not fail you unless you do nothing for the class. Easy "A" if you put some effort into it. Would definitely take his class again.

I wasnt to high on this guy. I think he is very biased with grading the papers. If it isnt writing the way he wants it, then your in bad luck. Lets put it this way, my sister did an amazing analysis of a poem and wrote my paper on it for me and only got a B- because the ideas in it werent the same as his. OH yea, shes one of the top at her College!

TOM IS A FUNNY GUY, ALMOST A COMEDIAN. LIKE ANY OTHER CLASS, YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO WORK INORDER TO ACHIEVE THE GRADE THAT YOU WANT. EVERYONE ALWAYS TALKS ABOUT HIM AND HOW MUCH OF A GREAT TEACHER HE REALLY IS. IN MY OPINION, HE IS THE BEST SO FAR. YOU LEARN ALOT.
