These reviewers are lazy cry babies. Yes, I had to work hard to do all the homework but I learned a lot. By the time I was done with the first class, I could speak a little Spanish with Spanish speaking people that I know. She did not go too fast. As a matter of fact, we did not even finish all the material that we should have.

horrible teacher, she was extremly rude to me and made me not want to go to the class at all, i was really excited to learn and i was super excited about school but scince having her as a teacher i dont have intrest in either. she made me afrid to ask questions and constanly embarassed me in class as well as others. i DO NOT recomend eovaldi!

I honestly didn't think she was that bad, and I wish people would quit calling her "evil" and "terrible" without backing up their argument. She is friendly, will to talk to you during office hours, and tries her best to make the class engaging. New languages aren't easy! It is a lot of info in a short time, but if you STUDY, it's not that bad.

Worst teacher I've ever had. If you did not know an answer, she made you feel like an idiot. Would not recommend her class. Doesn't care about struggling students. It's sink or float in her class. If you have her, get tutoring from someone with tons of spanish experience!

Can be insensitive at times, although she always has a smile on her face. Definately goes at a fast pace. I found it difficult to keep up at times. Will require you sing and dance in class, sometimes at the same time. Wanted to take Spanish 102 until I found out that she was going to be the only teacher.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! and next sem. she is the only teacher for spanish. She's mean and evil. She is heartless and cold. She thinks she's teaching elementary school. She requires attendance and marks down for not being there. She doesn't understand that the student CHOOSES to be there and that we pay HER not the other way.

i thought that she was fair and a great teacher. yeah, you have to work to get your grade, it's not a fluff class, but it was an advantageous class. you have to study outside of class a lot, but to learn a language it will take more effort than just showing up to class. she is an excellent professor :)

Rude teacher who picks favorites and those to hate on. I turned in all assignments, got all A's on tests, and participated in class. Yet, she tried ANYTHING to get me to do worse in the class. Made me turned off from spanish.. still got a 4.0 tho. haha

Was very difficult. Rushed through material. We never spent enough time on anything to really remember it so it's going to be difficult if you need to go on its going to be very hard. Would not recommend her but she's the only 101 teacher.
