Comment:
Took his fundamentals class on the reccomendation it is a joke. Needed an A and so I took this class, but got a B-. I took piano lessons prior to the class, and it started out jokingly easy, then out of nowhere became very very difficult and it seems Tony now has become very more strict in terms of grading! Still a very passionate musician.

Tony is sometimes over the top with grading, and sometimes unclear. It shouldn't be taken as your easy A class, but its interesting nonetheless.

Comment:
Tony is a good guy, who can be intense, but is very passionate about music. The number of older singers in the Chorus can be a downer (both vocally and socially), but Chorus is a great option for singers looking for exposure to great works without a huge time commitment. If you are looking for a more sociable group, and are interested in a larger time commitment (and an overall higher standard of sound), I would recommend auditioning for the Chamber Choir.

I concur that it is odd how many community members are in it. The class is all right- VERY easy- but I find myself rather less than enthused.

His choir class is very fun and laid-back. The music is beautiful and he's just a nice, fun guy.

Comment:
Laid back Choir class-big difference from Chambers, not a great director, but not bad. a little odd that there are so many adults from bowdoin and brunswick in the group and so few kids though
