You teach yourself if you want to pass beacuse he doesnt do his job right. He does not help and makes things complicated. What is the point of paying him to review the textbook in a horrible way. Honest truth he knows his stuff but he can't teach. It's harder on the student to learn something if you dont have a good teacher to teach the material

Idk why everyone complains about him. He is one of the best math professors I have had. He makes math easier and offers lots of tutoring. The problem is that many people don't do their HW and don't show up to class and expect to pass the class with an A. That is an impossibility! To all the complainers, I have one thing to say: THIS IS COLLEGE!!!

Guerrero's style of teaching is to basically have you read the book and use YouTube.com to get your information. Class always ends early. He'd rather talk about whats important to him than teach his students. Would not recommend.

I happen to like Mr. Guerrero, took him for Math 410 and 450, yeah, he could be sarcastic, but all you have to do is study! Do the homework..study, he'll stay after class to answer questions and tutor, some people just always expect easy teachers..it's not always the case, sometimes you have to work hard. I have perfect undersanding of all teaching, But he can't teach. WARNING do not take his class unless you already an "A" and have to retake it. Your better off taking anonline math class. Don't believe every thing you read about him. His favorite line is "do your homework", but it is true. He is very helpful to the mathmatically challenge and fair on the final. All in all he is a all right teacher. Just do your homework and if you need tutoring he is there to help.

From day one, this prof made sure to repeat numerous times how many of his students failed his class. He says you don't need to attend class, but seems to be really offended when no one shows up. Truth is, there is no reason to show up because he doesn't teach. Avoid like the plague.

This is the worst teacher ever.He answers his cell phone threw the whole class and repeats himself about how more than half of the class will not pass.He scans threw the book and only goes over a few problems and then expects you to know it all.The test he gives are only like 5 problems so if you miss 3 youve already failed.

RUN! Don't walk RUUUUUN!!!! First day of class, first thing he said "more than half of you will fail or drop". He didn't say it was because he doesn't teach. His favorite line during the semester...
