Comment:
Worst professor ever. I've emailed her over 5 times about important questions and she either never responded, or responded weeks later. Her syllabus is a mess and makes no sense. The class was absolutely useless and she is impossible to get ahold of. I met her one time in person and she was rude and comes off as though she's better than everyone.

I am probably the only one who found this class rather easy. The material did get a little boring at times, but it was rather straightforward. Despite this, everything was easy to understand, and it was easy to get a good grade, since I studied a little and paid attention in class.

Not the best, but not horrible. Personality is kind of dry and it's hard to keep interest in what she is teaching. Tests were hard but most of the quizzes were easy. Def not a class that you can slide by in. A lot of work and studying is nessecary and powerpoints aren't very good at all so highlight throughout the book and pay very close attention

This was a Nutrition 1 class but was very difficult. I ended up taking my own notes instead of her powerpoints because they were very general and missed most of the key facts. Her quizzes are easy but the tests are very hard. She does let you do a dietary self study which counts as 30% of your grade and this is what saved me from retaking the class

she is a horrible teacher. she expects you to learn everything on your own. lecture's boring. doesn't teach anything. just reads a couple of slides. very boring. her tests are hard esp. the final which is cumulative. 10% of the grade on participation. but she's so mean and boring that no one talks anything except weather and her cats...

She tests you on the material before she teaches it, expecting you to have learned on your own from the book. Lectures are bone dry but straight forward. An A is possible but difficult.

Very difficult class. she is mean and gives quizzes before she teaches the material. This class is nearly impossible to pass. Take anyone but her
