The class was very frustrating. She is knowledgeable, but teaches things that are incorrect and will not help you succeed in future classes or the professional world. She does not show interest in her students' success, and will judge you quickly. Not the worst in the department, but if you can take it with another professor, do it.

Dear God, this woman was the worst. She is rude, bordering on condescending, and she teaches phonetic concepts that none of the other profs. at this school use, making future classes difficult due to her antiquated teaching style. I will avoid her classes like the plague and advise you to do so as well. She is now head of the dept which worries me.

Not helpful at all, has the worst communication skills of any professor I have ever had. Uses conventions that other professors in the department do not agree with, and these conventions do not line up with the professional world.

She seems nice but if she doesn't like you she will make it known. I find she doesn't know as much as she acts like she does. She judged who I am and has treated me differently ever since she made this judgement. Teachers are supposed to help students succeed and she has done the exact opposite for me. From my experience, stay on her good side.

Class is torturous. One of the most boring professors I have ever had. She teaches the way you would teach third graders. Class pace is painfully slow and we get barely anything done. If there is a choice, take this class with another professor.
